1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that the site saves on your device while you browse. This site makes minimal use of them.

2. Cookies we use

Technical session cookies (necessary): they maintain your browsing session, your chosen language and — in the online farm shop — the contents of your basket. They do not require consent under the Italian Data Protection Authority’s provisions, as they are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Third-party cookies: at present this site does not use third-party profiling, advertising or analytics cookies. Typefaces are requested from Google Fonts servers, which may record your IP address when serving them; no cookies are installed by this service.

3. How to manage them

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may prevent the basket and bookings from working.

4. Updates

Should we introduce analytics or marketing tools in future, this notice will be updated and, where required, we will ask for your prior consent.
