1. What data we process

We process the data you provide to us directly: contact details (name, email, phone number) when you write to us or request a quote; booking and purchase data (contact details, delivery and billing address, orders) when you book a stay or a table, or buy from our online farm shop; technical browsing data (IP address, session logs) generated automatically when you visit the site.

2. Why we process it

The legal bases are: the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (responding to enquiries, managing bookings and orders); legal obligations (invoicing, tax compliance); our legitimate interest in the security of the site and the prevention of abuse.

3. How long we keep it

Data from contact requests is kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months; tax and accounting data for 10 years as required by law; technical logs for a maximum of 12 months.

4. Who we share it with

Your data is never sold or passed on. It may be processed by suppliers acting as data processors: hosting and technical infrastructure providers, couriers delivering orders, payment institutions for online purchases, and tax advisers. Data is processed within the European Union.

5. Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

6. Children

This site is not intended for children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
